AutoGuide’s MAX N10 has a tractor-like front end that houses a common drive and control system that can be attached to a variety of trail frames. This modular design makes the vehicle versatile enough for a large number of applications, and for further flexibility, a manual driver option can be added to any of the trail frame configurations.

The MAX N10’s SurePath guidance system is easy to install and modify. The vehicle is driven through the facility to map the environment and the anticipated routes. The mapping data is uploaded wirelessly to a SurePath PC where routes are modified and downloaded to the other AGVs in the system. The SurePath fleet control system controls traffic and monitors the status and location of each vehicle in real-time, automatically re-directing the mobile robots to avoid congested or blocked routes.

AutoGuide’s MAX N10 can travel up to 4MPH, with .2” stopping accuracy and 1 degree heading control, using its SurePath natural feature navigation.

The vehicle’s modular design can be configured with a counter balance forklift, straddle lift truck, unit-load fixed or lift platforms, conveyor decks, and custom trail frames for specific needs. In addition to AGV capability, these configurations are available with driver platform, manual walkie, and remote controls for manual operations.

The environment is mapped using one vehicle, the information is uploaded wirelessly to the SurePath PC where routes are edited, and downloaded to all AGVs in the system.
