For transport of boxes, totes and a variety of goods throughout a facility without a conventional conveying system, the Weasel automatic guided vehicle navigates along an optical track.

This design eliminates physical barriers and makes installation quick and easy. The vehicle is ideal for low throughput and long distance transfers, and it is scalable and flexible to meet changes in demand and utilization.

All transport orders are generated by an in-house, material flow system and managed by a fleet controller that assigns them to the relevant vehicles. Each vehicle’s control system then executes the orders based on specified waypoints.
