Designed for economy and dependable use, the J-tec Standard 50 x 50 Tongue and Hitch Flatbed Cart is a must-have for manufacturing and distribution locations with heavy parts movement needs. This cart is designed to use 4- or 6-wheels with the same manufactured frame configuration. This allows us to stock inventory of this cart and finish it to customer's needs quickly. These 50" x 50" flatbeds on wheels come standard with our J-tec Tongue and Floor-Lock Combo and Alligator Hitch for easy hitching and unhitching, and added security when unhooked from a train. The kick-up tongue locks into the vertical position to avoid trips when not being towed and for manual operation. The J-tec Floor Lock poly grip base is foot activated and grabs the surface when cart needs to remain in place and securely holds heavy loads from unwanted movement. The grip base automatically detracts a full 2 inches when the tongue is lowered for hooking onto a train. The operator enjoys an ergonomic push handle height for easy maneuvering the cart from location to location. For additional savings, the cart base can also be open, saving materials costs.
