CarryMax trailers utilize our proprietary Quad-Steer Tight-Turn Technology to enhance a tighter turning radius and near-perfect follow patterns for trailers in a train. This is important, especially with heavy-cargo trailers, as other steering designs can cause excessive drift for trailers further back in a train, causing serious accidents when striking objects in the turning path. Our steering rod and swivel plate measurements are determined mathematically, with algorithms based on width and length of carts that are manufactured. Add to that assumptions we integrate based on speed of towing and wheels/casters used and J-tec CarryMax Heavy-Duty trailers stand out in appearance and performance amongst the crowd.

The underside of our trailers are proprietary but the cargo areas on top and even the deck footprint sizes remain fully customizable for the customer needs. Topside weldments can include capture plates of all sizes and purpose, with hooks or holes for rigging and tie-downs, among other accessory security considerations, in the design. These are designed for both indoor and outdoor use.

CarryMax Heavy Duty Trailers from J-tec Industries combine rugged and dependable Heavy-Duty Construction, completely scalable for any indoor or outdoor application, with our proprietary Quad-Steer, Tight-Turn Technology engineering designs and Maximum Load carrying use. These trailers are designed specifically for the weight carrying capacities needed, starting at 5000 lbs. each, ranging all the way up to 30,000 lbs. each. The ball-and-hitch coupler models (usually 5,000 lb. models) can be incorporated into our CarryMore Tugger Cart System trains. The heavier models utilize specialized casters or wheels based on identified need. These trailers track exceptionally well and will perform for years.
