The patented Eurosort Twin-Pushtray is designed around handling a large variety of product using two independently actuated pushers per carrier. Each pusher can act independently, or in-sync, giving the ability to automatically sort one large item or two smaller items per carrier. No longer does the sorter tray need to be sized solely according to your largest item! This ability adds to the extreme flexibility of this sorter, which, in addition to the Flex-Drive System, enables flexible layouts and small footprints, all while maintaining the capacity necessary for high-throughput operations.

In a direct comparison to a Cross Belt or Tilt Tray Sorter, the EuroSort Twin-Pushtray Sorters unique design, ability to use manual induction, and accurate discharge mechanisms can sort to a much smaller destination, which enables a denser, space-saving layout with the same, if not higher, throughput.
