EXPRESS Snoot is the ergonomic way to move loose-loaded cargo such as parcels, tires etc. from a truck or container into a depot – and vice versa. A unique pivoting function enables EXPRESS Snoot to move in all directions; vertically between +15° and -25°and from side to side through angles of ±25°. The operator can easily reach parcels placed above shoulder height, moving them onto the belt without straining or lifting. It takes no effort at all to transfer parcels below knee level onto the belt. The high-grip belt ensures parcels remain on the inclined/declined conveyor. Additionally, unloading small vehicles is no longer a manual process; EXPRESS Snoot can be lowered below floor level, so it reaches directly inside the van.

The operator works consistently within his or her Power Zone, i.e. between the knee and shoulder, keeping parcels close to the torso. An automatic Levelling Extension, compensates for the conveyor angle, so parcels can be placed on a flat surface which further improves the work environment.

EXPRESS Snoot is fitted with a multitude of safety features, including full under-guarding and brilliant lighting that illuminates the whole of the work area.

Conveniently placed alongside the operator: EXPRESS Snoot is always right beside the operator. Parcels are transferred to the conveyor belt with short, ergonomic movements. Walking is reduced to an absolute minimum.

Hands-free nudge operation: The operator is able to use both hands to unload. The conveyor can be nudged into place by a hip, shoulder, knee or elbow.

Safe, automatic movement: Automatic, operator-controlled, movement brings EXPRESS Snoot into position. As the equipment is available when needed, it gets used. Sensors stop movement if an obstruction is encountered. A locking mechanism keeps the conveyor securely in place between movement.
